These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RefriNexo (“RefriNexo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to RefriNexo.com, your use of our online store, and any order you place through the website.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

RefriNexo may request proof of identity, age, business authority, technician certification, employment of a certified technician, or other eligibility documentation.

Certain refrigerants are regulated under United States environmental laws. Depending on the refrigerant and its intended application, purchase may be restricted to an appropriately certified technician or a business employing such a technician.

The purchaser is responsible for determining which certification, license, record, or authorization is required for the product and intended application. RefriNexo may retain order and eligibility records when required by applicable law.

Providing false, altered, misleading, or unauthorized certification information may result in order cancellation, account restriction, and other appropriate action.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, weights, images, specifications, colors, compatibility information, and prices accurately. Display settings, packaging updates, manufacturer changes, or photography may cause minor differences in appearance.

Product images are provided for identification and reference. Customers must review the product title, refrigerant designation, net weight, specifications, warnings, and compatibility requirements before ordering.

Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct information, or restrict sales to particular customers or locations when reasonably necessary.

Refrigerants require professional handling. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is correct and approved for the equipment, system, application, and service procedure involved.

• Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
• Follow all cylinder labels, warnings, and safety data.
• Use appropriate tools, protective equipment, and procedures.
• Do not mix incompatible refrigerants.
• Do not intentionally release refrigerant into the environment.
• Comply with applicable recovery, recycling, storage, and disposal rules.

General product information on our website is not a substitute for professional technical advice, manufacturer instructions, safety documentation, or legally required training.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, availability, and product offers may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, fees, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required. A crossed-out or comparison price may represent a prior, regular, or reference price as described on the website.

Payment must be authorized through an accepted payment method. Payment processing is provided by Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. These providers may perform fraud-prevention, identity, address, and payment-verification checks.

We may correct pricing or calculation errors before shipment. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, we may contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected item.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, approved, verified, or shipped.

We may hold, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability or inventory error.
• Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Missing or unverifiable certification information.
• Address or hazardous-material shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may affect when the refund appears.

RefriNexo currently ships within eligible locations in the United States. Refrigerant cylinders may be subject to hazardous-material transportation rules, carrier limitations, routing restrictions, and ground-shipping requirements.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Orders may be delayed by certification review, address verification, inventory conditions, weather, carrier operations, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation, or refund as required by applicable law.

Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and serviceable delivery address. Additional charges or losses resulting from incorrect customer-provided information may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because refrigerant cylinders are regulated and safety-sensitive products, opened, used, punctured, discharged, tampered, damaged, or improperly transported cylinders may not qualify for return.

A return authorization must be obtained before sending any product. Customers must not return refrigerant cylinders through ordinary mail or an unauthorized carrier.

Order-cancellation requests should be submitted promptly. Cancellation may not be possible after processing, certification approval, fulfillment, or carrier pickup has begun.

By using our store or purchasing products, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account, order, payment, and shipping information.
• Protect your account credentials against unauthorized use.
• Review product compatibility and specifications before purchase.
• Provide genuine eligibility documentation when required.
• Inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.
• Use, store, transport, recover, and dispose of products lawfully.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

• Harass, threaten, deceive, or harm another person.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action when prohibited activity is reasonably suspected.

The RefriNexo name, branding, website design, graphics, text, product-page content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to RefriNexo and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal or authorized business purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior permission.

Product names, manufacturer marks, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other applications.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. RefriNexo does not control every aspect of third-party platforms and is not responsible for independent third-party content or conduct, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, omissions, technical issues, inaccurate availability, or incorrect pricing. We may correct these issues and update information when identified.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived or limited. Any express product warranty will be identified separately where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RefriNexo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or system operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefriNexo's total liability for a claim relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid to RefriNexo for the product giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold RefriNexo harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse of products, submission of false eligibility information, or infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from RefriNexo's own conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Texas and the United States, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections that applicable law provides to you.

Severability

A failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision.

Entire agreement
